1. Heated Pool Availability

The heated pool operates from Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Prior reservation at the Front Desk is required.

2. Gym Access

Our gym is available 24/7. Guests are required to reserve at the Front Desk prior to use.

3. Extra Person Charge

Children 11 years old and below stay free of charge.

Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged Php 1,500.00, inclusive of breakfast, extra bed setup, and basic amenities.

4. Breakfast Policy for Children

Ages 0–2 years: Complimentary breakfast

Ages 3–10 years: 50% discount (Php 300.00 per child)

Ages 11 years and above: Full rate (Php 600.00 per person)

Please note: Breakfast service depends on occupancy. If fewer than 15 guests, meals will be served as plated or à la carte. For 15 or more guests, a buffet setup will be provided.5. Room Air Conditioning

All Deluxe and Premier Rooms are non-air-conditioned.

6. Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM only.

7. Breakfast Schedule

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

8. Parking Policy

Parking is available across three basement levels (B1–B3) with approximately 65–70 slots, on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are not allowed.

9. Incidental/Security Deposit

A security deposit of Php 2,000.00 is required upon check-in, refundable upon check-out if no incidental charges are incurred.

10. Pet Policy

Please be advised that the hotel is not a pet-friendly establishment.
