The description on Klook is fake, there will be a parking fee if you are travelling with a vehicle and you would like to park it there. There service was nice, the staff is polite. The checkin process is smooth. The pricate hot spring in the room is nice. The room is very clean got a plenty of space.

Friendly staff at check in counter and also on restaurant. Can speak in good English to our tourists like us from Australia. Facilities are excellent. Lots of drink and snack to provide to guest. Location is not close to Hakone station and need to take at least 12-15 mins. Overall is good and will recommend d to others.
