Stayed with kids

Paid a cash deposit, front desk came back and said the room smelled of smoke. No one smokes. When I mentioned it he shrugged, clapped his hands together and said well it does we can’t give you your deposit back. There was no talking, no listening about the people we saw walking around the property smoking. He didn’t care. So rude and dismissive.

Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Area feels safe. Breakfast had eggs and waffles along with pastries and cereals. I need protein in the a.m. so I really wish they had a meat selection along with the scrambled eggs. Some bacon or sausage would have been nice!
