The worst customer service. They said they would send our check-in instructions at 2:30pm the day of our wedding. Those instructions never came via text, email or phone. We let them know we would arrive late after our sunset wedding too. We got to the B&B cabin and no way to check-in. I called their emergency number and no one answered. There was no way to get into our room on our wedding night. So so disappointed. Even disappointed in Hotels.com for having a stupid chat bot and no emergency number to call. As a long time Hotels.com user, I will not be using them in the future. Refund is being issued.

The Cliff House is a collection of eclectic themed rooms in a historic building. I booked the more tasteful sky blue nautical Sail Away room to find that the hotel had since changed the decor to a light turquoise and teal undersea Atlantis room. Neptune and mermaid artifacts cluttered the unit to the point of not having enough table and counter space for my own belongings. Garish plastic plants, plaster figurines, excessive light fixtures. My eyes hurt from all of the stimuli. Many of the electric plugs were used for all of the light fixtures and decor. At least in two places or power strips dangerously overfilled. Old AC was loud to talk over while the heater was on around the corner. We chose this property for its proximity to a show at nearby Red Rock Amphitheater, which unfortunately got postponed. Due to the cancellation occurring less than 72 hours before our arrival, the Cliff House refused to refund our money. They did try to rebook the room but without success. $360 per night with tax was way too expensive for what it was. The only pluses I could say was that the ground coffee in the room was good, shower great, the breakfast offered at a nearby restaurant was excellent; the hotel offered a voucher there.

We had a great time staying in the Zen Den! It was perfect for 2 people. Close to town and the convenience of onsite transportation to and from the Red Rocks Amphitheatre at a reasonable price was nice. Brookes was very helpful and such a sweetie too! Would love to stay here again soon.

Charming little cottages that were really close to The red rocks amphitheatre. On event nights they offer shuttle services to and from the event for $30. The bed and pillows were really comfortable

Loved the privacy and themed out cottages. Breakfast was excellent! Surrounding area had stunning views and great hiking! We went to a show at Red Rock Amphitheater and the shuttle service to & from the venue was easy to arrange and well worth the added expense. If we ever go back to a show we will definitely book there again.
