Stayed with family

Property location is exceptional - it's on the beach surrounded by tennis , golf (15 min), tons of great ( expensive) restaurants and pools. Convenience, overall property energy ( it's very green) is priceless. Service exceptional. Rooms inside a bit dated and could use upgrade. Bed is not the most comfortable - frame makes noise and mattress is not the best. Old AC don't cool the room the best ( we were there at mid 80s) temp. Sheets are good as are pillows and bedding. For such high end expensive hotel I would love to see upgraded beds ( mattress and mattress topper) and brand new AC! Customer service is exceptional !

We had a wonderful stay . Everything about this hotel is excellent. So many beautiful, luxury restaurants inside the resort . Make sure you make a reservation upon arrival

It’s such an easy stay. Tennis camp for kids, amazing restaurants all inside the property, nice pool, nice beach bed area for guests. Recommend it!

My stay at the Puente Romano was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel was spotless throughout, and my room was large, modern, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a truly relaxing experience. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to help. Their warm professionalism made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the facilities are genuinely top-tier. This hotel doesn’t just claim its five-star status because it checks the right boxes; it earns it through impeccable service, breathtaking surroundings, and an atmosphere of luxury in every corner.
