El Beso Adults Only at Ocean Riviera Paradise - All Inclusive

The hospitality was great, my family and I enjoyed our 4 night stay.

The staff was extremely helpful, the vast majority of the time. There was only one time when we ordered room service (a rather simple order of fries and fruit), which they mentioned could take up to 45 minutes to arrive at our room, which in fact took over an hour, at which point we called to cancel the order because we were exhausted from the long travel and preferred to go to bed. Otherwise, however, the staff was extremely kind and helpful with any questions we had, which we really appreciated. The room was quite clean and looked great. However, it had a bit of a damp smell, which we figured could be due to the humid climate, but which felt a little disconcerting. The bathtub was also not particularly clean, with yellow scuffs and marks around it. When I ran the bathtub in the room, the water flowed out yellow for about a minute before flowing normally and clear, but at this point, we were no longer in the mood for a bath. Otherwise, the housekeeping was extremely kind and did a wonderful job taking care of the room while we were out, and we were always ecstatic coming back to a clean room and cute animal figurines made with towels by the staff. The Steak House ribeye was very small compared to any other ribeye I've had, and it was hotter in the restaurant than outside (maybe the AC wasn't working?). The room's noise insulation was phenomenal as well for a quiet space, as we thought we would hear the music playing from outside while in the room, which wasn't the case

Resort is great. Pools especially swim-up bar and restaurants all around is awesome.

Liz from entertainment was amazing the Server from the steak house Maximo was exceptional. Drivers Nicolas, Ernesto and Efrain were great very helpful and friendly. Very nice place to stay with the family. Definitely recommend it. We would definitely be back. Big thanks from Theodore and family.

Swim up bar and food selections

The resort was beautiful and my room was more than expected. The only downside was the racoons and coati that were running through the resort and they even came in restaurant trying to get food from off table or from guest. They were not harmful just overwhelming. The staff did try to get us to attend a presentation to sell there "timeshare" options. They were a little aggressive with it.

NOT ADULTS ONLY! This is a family resort with a building reserved for Adults only. I feel lied to as they advertise as one thing BUT truly another. As someone with no kids, I wanted to enjoy a resort with adults, not have to worry about kids running around, screaming and that’s what I got. There is one restaurant on the property (El Beso) that’s the only Adult only restaurant out of the 10 or so restaurants that is NOT even advertised/ mentioned to you, we heard about it from another guest there at the resort. However, it seems El Beso is the only restaurant used for private events so when it is in use, the people looking for an Adult only meal space have no other option. Well, order room service you might say, we tried that and were told we can only order 3 items as there are only 3 occupants in the room, food came and was not tasteful at all. Most of the food we ate there was warm at best, was there for 7days and had 3 hot meals - 2 were from the restaurant on the beach. The pool was a snooze fest, the entertainment team need more ideas and need to be more motivated. The music there is very laid back, not hype music. Kids pool had it going on, I feel like this resort is a family resort who wants to tap into the Adults only resort BUT are failing. Basically, spend your money here is it is a family vacation, or if they convince you to buy their “Privilege membership” packet - those 2 groups were definitely catered to by the resort. Don’t go here if looking for an Adult Only.

C’est un très bel hôtel. J’ai beaucoup aimé la propreté, la beauté du site. Certains employés sont un peu râleur mais la majorité est agréable. La nourriture était très bonne. Juste faire attention au animaux qui se faufile dans les chambres 😁

First of all, the hotel staff, housekeeping, and the food were excellent. My biggest disappointment was the beach. Unfortunately, the sea was in such poor condition that it was impossible to swim. I understand this is probably beyond the hotel’s control. Every day I went down to the beach hoping it would be better, but every single day there was a strong sewage-like smell and the water was full of brown seaweed. It was very disappointing that such a beautiful resort did not have a usable beach. We also experienced a few problems at the pool. Unfortunately, the quality of some of the guests was not very good. Our inflatable float was stolen twice. When we asked the people who had taken it, they claimed it was theirs and even insulted us. The hotel management responded quickly and tried to help, but I still expected at least an apology from the people involved. İnternet was so good
