Great
Room was good. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower. Staff wasn't available, but once, self check in and self service for most of the 2 nights. Over all was a good visit.

As others have said, it’s essentially not staffed save for the restaurant when it is open. The room was OK but bright street lights mad it bright at night. It had a shared balcony but as it was raining so didn’t get to enjoy the view. On our arrival we needed to check/ store our luggage but since there is no staff, you need to put it in a very small storage area behind a very small door in an un lit room. Parking was free and easy to access. The location is just off city center and is walkable, especially in good weather. The town has some charm and offers a variety of entertainment and dining options. In all, it was reasonably clean, and in a nice location. If you don’t require assistance and are good with no- frills this is a good option

Stayed with partner

I stayed at the hotel last night and had the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. My husband and I were abruptly woken up by people entering the hotel at 1205am. They were slamming things around, yelling, banging items against the walls, and talking incredibly loud. When my husband went to go see what the commotion was outside the room in the hallway the man in the room next to us had his room door open and was urinating with his genitalia exposed. This is when I had called the hotel line and a woman answered, she apologized and said someone will come remind them of the house rules. This did not happen as the noise continued for the evening from 12:00am to 7:00am. The worst part was that an individual was on our back porch trying to enter into the room or look in. As you can image we thought about calling the police. This was the worst experience I have had and not having anyone present to help was terrifying. We were promised to have a luxury stay with a beautiful sea view. The sea view was provided, the luxury stay was not provided at all. I also understand that your guest are out of your control, but when you say that you are providing a “luxury hotel” and it is rated almost 4 stars I expect that to be met.

Good hotel for a quick stay before travel. Safe did not work in either of our 2 rooms. Can hear everything going on in other rooms.

There was no staff, self checkin went very well. Close to the airport but no shuttle. There was a sign at the desk where you could order a shuttle ride but we did not use it. Nice room, restaurant was good

The room was very small, but still had basic amenities like a coffee maker. The hotel is located in between two pretty busy roads though, and one has larger vehicle traffic earlier in the morning and into the evening. The room was very clean though and the self check-in process was pretty easy. Lots of parking too.

The room was large, which was nice. However, we could not use the water. It smelled horrible like rotten eggs. This meant no shower after a long day of traveling. Our young boys started gagging!
