Beautiful hotel directly next to Tokyo Station. Easy to find as long as you use the correct exit from the station. They provided every amenity needed and even put all our luggage in the room while we were in the city. Booking was quick and easy!

Hotel was fairly convenient near Tokyo Station. The hotel was average size for Tokyo. There is only one set of elevators on one side and rooms around circumference of building. We happened to be on the exact opposite side which means walking around the entire building when you get off the elevator which isn’t bad unless you’re solo with two luggage, a toddler, stroller & two carry-ons, LOL. The customer service was great. It was clean and there were more than enough toiletries + pjs and kid’s toiletries. I’m not sure it was quite worth the price point but that’s sort of how it is in Tokyo.
