We were shocked with the terrible service and the lack of any attention and respect . It started straight on the arrival when we were waiting at the reception desk for someone from hotel personal. Happily a man appeared at the desk and it took him half an hour to check in two our families despite our prepaid booking was with him in his computer. Would note that he did everything with demonstrated irritation what appeared to be a common feature of most of male personnel. On my arrival I kindly requested the receptionist to take important note that my spouse will

Fantastic

Stayed with kids

Myself and my young family have just returned from a very enjoyable stay here (3 nights). Cannot fault the rooms being honest. Rooms clean and spacious, beds were extremely comfy, shower was good - what more could you ask for in a city break! I’d happily recommend the Grand Passage to all my friends.

The Guitart Grand Passage feels like an old hotel in need of a refurbish. On the plus side the staff was friendly, the location was good and the AC worked very well during our summer stay. But the beds only had sheets--no blanket or duvet, and when we requested a pillow for a rollaway bed, we were told that there were no extra pillows on the property. There was a stain on the sheet, the bathrooms need updating and the room could have been cleaner.

Staff was really helpful and nice, bugs everywhere. MASSIVE COCKROACH. Scared the life outta my daughter. Says it’s the biggest one she’s ever seen in her entire life. Random socks on the coffee table. Wasn’t ours. Random black stains in the bathtub. Blanket didn’t have a cover… never seen before. But I appreciate the staff for solving this issue.

Hotel is well located close to many bus stops. There are many restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby. On 5th floor there was no hot water or its pressure was very very low. Breakfast just normal. Got no answer about early check-in.

Very well located hotel in one of the best Barcelona neighborhoods. Amazing helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms. It’s my second stay in this hotel. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property.
