great location for our visit

i like this hotel. the location is very convenient near kyobashi station (ginza line) and the airport (keisei ueno line). the room is quite small like any tokyo hotels but we have a massage chair so it’s a plus 😅 i also the bathroom they don’t have a bathtub which i prefer. they have vendo machine and free key coffee drips in the lobby. hotel location: YES transport access: YES cleanliness: YES

We had a wonderful stay at remm Tokyo Kyobashi. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring Tokyo and accessing public transportation. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our family feel very welcome throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere after a busy day in the city. Thank you to everyone at remm Tokyo Kyobashi for the excellent service and hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Tokyo.

Amazing hotel location. We got this room at a good price during the summer Japan hotel Klook vouchers in collaboration with YouTrip. Flying in from Narita and going to Tokyo Disneyland after venturing around Tokyo, this was an optimal midway point for commuting via train with 1 transfer or less to airport, Disney and most other tourist locations like Akihabara, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. It is also walking distance to Ginza and Tsukiji. The size of the room was important to us, wanting a place to rest after a long day of adventuring, we got the 18sqm room which has a sofa with table to sort out loots of the day and evening snacks. The shower area was also a comfortable size and the massage chair was a nice bonus. Compared to most other rooms from 11-15sqm nearby, this room size was very desirable for such an accessible location at this price point.

The hotel located near the Kyobashi station which is convenient to travel around Tokyo by Ginza line train. Moreover, the staffs here are really nice, they help me since since on the check-in ‘till I’m check-out. The facilities here also nice. There is 7-11 under the hotel, when I’m hungry I just buy some snack and eat in my room. Nice 9.5/10

It wasn’t a pleasant experience when got change to another hotel last minute when check in due to air conditioning issue, but satisfy with the arrangement they tried to accommodate with taxi and luggage arrangement request.

Love the hotel and staff! Very convenient location, only wish the A/C could be made cooler in the room.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just beside the train station. The room was clean, and the massage chair was a nice bonus. The toilet was also clean and well-maintained. The area we stayed in, near Ginza, is very convenient—within walking distance to the shopping district. There are plenty of good food options nearby, so it’s easy to find something to eat. The only thing to note is that we had to pay a city tax for the area.

I’m glad I chose to stay here during my second visit to Japan. Exit 6 of the subway station is right in front of the entrance, making it very convenient. There are also three 7-Eleven stores nearby, and Ginza is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Plus, there’s a massage chair you can use to relax after walking 20,000 steps.

This room would've been perfect for one person but for 2 people, it takes a bit of coordinated movement. One side of the double bed is against the wall so it's hard for one person to get out of bed. The walls that divide the bathroom and the room are glass. So if you use the restroom, the light shines through which may bother the other person. There also isn't any room for large luggages. Otherwise, it's located in front of a Ginza station. Exploring Ginza street with all kinds fancy stores is easy and the Tokyo station was within walking distance. If you have a Netflix account, you can watch movies. Otherwise, all the shows available are in Japanese, including CNN. The staff was super friendly with easy check-in and check-out. I liked the kettle which also served as a thermos.
