Breakfast was good sadly one of the men cooks was just not in a good mood and kinda was bad at hiding it. The room was clean but needs updates on the plug ins at least in our room stuff kept falling out of the plugs. The night gift shop lady was also kind of almost rude specially when asking for information about drinks available. I suggest you ask for the complimentary gift bags when you check in because they don’t just offer them. The bartender on our fist night was super nice Thank you wich I remembered his name.

Clean comfortable rooms. Not thrilled with the desk staff. We waited quite a while for check-in as they answered as multiple calls. We were surprised by the mandatory $15 dollar fee per day for minimum hotel purchases. We enjoyed the breakfast - five stars for the breakfast manager George T who was very helpful and friendly!

Room was roomy and clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices including cook to order omelets as well as the evening free cocktail hour w snacks. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The bath tub didn't drain well. Shower curtain didn't close until I stuck it to the end of the pole. Was annoying. Room is large but drab interior.

Our experience was average. Nothing great that would remind me to book my future hotel stay in this facility next time I’m in the area, but nothing bad happened either, it’s just average. The staff could have changed that experience of course, from the check in time, your experience being and using the facility and all the way through the check out experience, nothing! No engagement whatsoever from any of the staff, something they need to improve.

Pros: 1. About 10 min walk to the beach 2. Friendly Staff 3. Pet Friendly 4. Nice Breakfast and Evening Snacks Cons: 1. Elevator can be slow at peak times, can be a pain if you live on higher floors 2. A/C is auto-regulated and I wasn't able to turn it down less than 64F 3. Amenities like the pool are unusable if there are too many people 4.
