The door locks past 3am and the key card doesn’t work to open it, you have to go through a side door, other than that I had a great stay.

You can hear the other room bathroom toilets showered also the room is full of cockroach We cannot take our luggage back home. We have to go straight to the laundry and clean it due to cockroaches.

Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night

Solo stay

I arrived on a Thursday and departed on Sunday. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. No fresh towels, trash not emptied, soap, shampoo not replenished. Trash accumulated in and around the hallway trash can so I assume otherwere not cleaned. I told an employee at the front desk Friday morning that the doom safe was locked when I arrived therefore I couldn't use it. Nothing was done. There was some sort of mechanical noise coming through the wall next to the headboard. TV remote barely worked Only good thing was the location near the convention center where I attended an event. Price j was charged at check in was more than the amount I got from hotels.com when I made the booking. Asked for a receipt and was told one would be emailed to me. Never got anything. Guest services application on the TV didn't work. Never again.

Restroom reeked of urine. Multiple long hairs found in the bathroom, and one on the bedroom door. Stagnant musky smell from the AC unit. I'd rather park in the parking lot and sleep in my car. At least now I know to avoid this chain at all cost.
