I made my reservation for two twin beds a week ahead, and when we checked in we were told twin beds weren’t available, and it would cost an additional $300 to switch to a 2 beds room. The sofa-bed had the most horrible, uncomfortable, and thin mattress. We specifically asked for housekeeping and they never showed up during our 3 night stay. Check-in was Friday, on Saturday evening I spoke face to face with Susan at front desk, I told her they never cleaned my room on Saturday, she gave me fresh towels and promised they would come on Sunday to clean the room. Came back on Sunday evening to find no housekeeping done. I went to the front desk to ask why they didn’t come, and the woman said “this is not my hotel”! I said I know this is not your hotel, but this is unacceptable. She gave me more fresh towels and no apology on behalf of the hotel. What kind of customer service is this? I’m very disappointed.
