The location is far from Shenzhen Bay and other main attractions in Nanshan. The renovations are done nicely and materials are good. We also like the design of the rooms. However, service was bad and every time we asked for things to be delivered to our room, we had to follow up multiple times. For example, the baby cot wasn’t set up before our arrival, and we chased 4 times and it took 3 hours before it was delivered. The gym and indoor pool are far away from the main hotel complex. There is a kids playroom but it is small. Not a very kid friendly place. Also found it weird that the hotel shop sells counterfeit clothes like obviously fake Burberry/ Dior/ Chanel clothes. There are better options at this price
