The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and right in the heart of Shinjuku. (P.S. I LOVED being able to visit the drugstores and Don Quijote at midnight!) Cleanliness: One of the things I’m most grateful for during my stay at Bespoke Hotel is how clean and well-maintained each room is. It really made our stay feel more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast & Drinks: The complimentary water and coffee available throughout the day, as well as the happy hour, were very much appreciated. One thing to keep in mind is that the breakfast consists mainly of light food (e.g., donuts, bread, muffins, and other pastries). This can take some getting used to if you’re someone who prefers a heavier breakfast, but it was definitely not a nuisance for us. All in all, these complimentary offerings helped us save quite a bit on food and drinks during our trip, which we really appreciated!

Nice hotel, close to a lot of amenities. The laundry room was handy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Located walking distance to central Shinjuku. I would compare this hotel to a Marriott Courtyard in the US.

Had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. Staff is really friendly. The hotel offers free donuts, coffee and happy hour and of course breakfast. Downsize is the amount of space when you go down for Breakfast. The tables and sitting room is crowded, can take our breakfast to our room. Close to stations and nice area.

Well positioned accommodation that was stylish, clean and affordable. Our room was small, but the lobby had plenty of space for lounging and socialising - they provided a free continental breakfast, free coffee and donuts during the day and evening drinks which were great features. Staff were helpful and able to assist with enquires, and the check-in/out experience was very easy.

Overall the location is convenient and close to public transportation. Check-in was simple and the facilities are nicely maintained. For the most part I found it a comfortable place to stay, however the amenities didn’t seem to fit the feeling of the rest of the hotel. Staff is all super friendly and attentive, would definitely recommend it to others.
