I booked 2 rooms and requested to be on the same floor and close to each other and it was granted. Rooms were small, we can’t open the door or pass thru if a medium sized luggage is open. We can’t have 2 luggages open, only 1 can be opened at a time. It was quite hard to understand the receptionist but overall she was nice and helpful. Location is great! Nearest metro station is Akasaka-mitsuke station, a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Family Mart is right beside the hotel. It is near Hie shrine and a 35 minute walk to Imperial Palace.

Hotel location is great, with plenty of metro stations (4+ nearby. There are also several 24/7 convenience stores just beside the hotel, so there isn’t a lack of options when you’re hungry in the middle of the night. Tho with the great amount of amenities, there are also several clubs/bars nearby, so it can get quite rowdy late into the night. Staff is friendly as ever during check-in/check-out process, so props to them. Aircon duct in room is pretty dusty, tho everywhere else is fine.
