Had a great stay at Boracay Uptown. The biggest highlight is the location—it’s beachfront, right in the center of Station 2, and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The staff were also wonderful: always smiling, friendly, and welcoming.The facilities and rooms are decent, though they do feel a bit dated. I think the hotel would be even better if they invested in improving the rooms, overall facilities, and cleanliness. Considering the excellent location, I honestly wouldn’t mind paying a little more if those upgrades were made.The food was okay, but I was disappointed with the breakfast. We were expecting a breakfast buffet, but upon arrival we were informed it would only be a plated breakfast because it wasn’t peak season and there weren’t enough guests. It would have been much better if this had been communicated in advance.Overall, it’s a good value hotel with an excellent location and amazing staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The location was perfect for us because it’s really in the middle of everything. It’s accessible to most of the places and attractions we wanted to visit. The staff were nice. They kept the room clean and always replenished the supplies. As for the facilities, they have both an indoor pool and an infinity pool, although they seemed a little boring to use. We didn’t use them, and no one seemed to use them throughout our stay. For the food, I’d say it’s better not to include meals when booking. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby, so you can try different foods and have a more varied experience during your stay. When we visited, they didn’t have a buffet, and I felt that even if they did, the choices might still be somewhat limited. Check the hotel’s website directly before booking. I paid more when I booked through Klook. Booking directly on their website was cheaper. If you’re looking for a nicer hotel, you may be able to find better options at the same price.

Our room, the common areas, and the facilities were spotless throughout our stay. breakfast: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious food. Everything was fresh, and the dining staff were attentive and welcoming. transport access: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Transportation was very convenient. It was easy to get around, and transfers to and from the hotel were smooth and hassle-free. hotel location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is excellent. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions, making it very convenient for travelers. service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The overall customer service was excellent. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from check-in until check-out and ensured that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

hotel location: it’s near dmall, restaurants & its really beachfront. cleanliness: i am very fastidious & perceptive about the cleanliness of hotels because i have an ocd. i gave 2stars for the cleanliness of our room not because it was really dirty, but because of what we experienced from the leakage of the air condition. it was just our first night and it was already leaking. i was wearing their hotel slippers. coming back from dinner, almost tripped when i stepped on the water. the housekeeping put towels on the floor and cleaned our room. on our 2nd night, we had the same problem and the maintenance staff fixed it. breakfast: breakfast buffet was okay. 2nd day had less options. transport access: it is far from the main road where e-trikes go so expect to walk at least 5-10minutes. service: the service of their staff was excellent! reception team was very accommodating. kudos to their fnb team who sang and prepared a little surprise for my son’s 1st birthday.

Great beachfront spot! Daily room service, daily replenish of bottled water and hygiene kit, daily replacement of towel, complete buffet breakfast (spices, rice meal, cereals, breads, pancakes). With clothes drying rack and hair blower. You can borrow beach mat/towel. They have 2 4ft swimming pools. There are less people at the beachfront compared to other hotels. Best hotel we've stayed at!

Very good hotel that’s beachfront, accessible to both stations and where all the food is! Only downside is that our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator only goes up to 3rd floor, after a tiring day I don’t really wanna go up a flight of stairs to my hotel room, lol!
