Our stay at Feliz Boracay Hotel was good overall. We had a little issue at the beginning, but thankfully, it was resolved. We’re just hoping the refund will be processed soon. We also hope they can offer more breakfast options, especially since they have guests from different nationalities with different food preferences. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. The location is definitely a plus since the hotel is right in D’Mall, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and other nearby spots.

Our stay was flawless from start to finish. Check-in at the Front Desk Portal took less than three minutes with the polite desk agent with refreshing welcome drink. Our room was exceptionally clean, featuring a firm mattress, strong air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. Housekeeping kept everything spotless daily. The location of the hotel is very accessible pa sa white beach around 2 mins walk lang. Excellent value and service. Thank you also for birthday cake, Feliz Hotel! 🥺❤️
