Great

Stayed with kids

The resort was good. My family had a good time there. The rooms were very spacious. The staff were friendly The water park wasn’t huge but good enough and the food was okay. Over all it was a good place for a vacation for a family of five.

Fantastic

Stayed with kids

We had our family reunion and we had a great time. The hotel is small compared to other huge hotels in Cancun, but that was a good thing. Everything about the hotel was good, pool beach, bars, etc. My only advise to the hotel as an improvement would be to step up the food. Most restaurants the food was ok, only the Italian restaurant had a better quality of food.

Great
This hotel offers great amenities and a fun atmosphere for families. We really enjoyed the easy beach access, and the nightly shows were entertaining and kid-friendly. The water park was a unique feature that set this resort apart from others. Several staff members were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The pool views were incredible, and the resort definitely gives you the feeling of a high-end vacation. On the downside, some of the dining staff could be a bit unfriendly when it came to requests. It often felt like nothing was offered unless we specifically asked for it. For example, our room was supposed to be stocked with snacks, but they were never replenished unless we requested them. Overall, this is a great family-friendly resort that offers something for guests of all ages. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back. Next time, I would probably try to book a better room to get the full experience the resort has to offer.

Fantastic
Have to say that this all inclusive has surpassed my expectations. It feels small at first but for my small son and teenage daughter turned out to be the perfect combination. The rooms are good but who comes to stay in a room right? The beach is perfect for the kiddos. However the only downside is that the pool this time of the year remains HOT so it is not refreshing if you’re trying to cool off. Now here is where we have surpassed expectations. The staff everywhere have been welcoming and forthcoming to assist with a smile on their face. And the best part has to be the food! The buffet for breakfast is delightful! The other restaurants are great shout out to Nelson in the Mediterranean restaurant, Alfred in the pool side and Daniel in the beach side…great service and attitude specially with my pregnant wife they always made sure to take care of her first . But Casa Nostra takes the cake. THE FOOD! The food is insanely good and I come from NY. So I know my food, huge shout out to Rene, Fernanda and Luis the chef. WOW great great job. Food is immaculate here. We would gladly come back here just for this restaurant. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Fantastic
My husband, myself and our 17 yr old son had a great stay a the Casa Maya. This hotel is very family friendly. Be advised if you are a couple and looking for your alone time, not sure if this place is for you. They have one big pool for everyone and it gets pretty full with all the families. If you have kids then this is perfect, as there is something for all ages here. The evening events were very entertaining as well but be sure to book your reservations as the time slots fill up fast and were turned away when we didn’t have a reservation one night. There are other restaurants that you don’t need one so you won’t go hungry. Overall everything was great! One thing , I have to message their attractions desk to ask for help because we did an excursion at Puerto Morelos Adventure park with ATV and cenotes that was recommended. We purchased pictures at adventure park and have yet to receive our link with all our pictures.

We upgraded to the level suite in order to have transportation included. We were told having the level suite comes with all these extra perks. Including a concierge. We didn’t hear from them until our 3rd day there and that was after us having to ask so we were unable to make reservations at the restaurants. There was 4 of us in a room but they only ever left us 1-2 wash clothes. One day we didn’t get any. When we asked they told us they were out of wash clothes. One night at dinner one of the serves was clearly under the influence. Some of the staff was great but mostly we were met with a lot of attitude and/or willingness to assist as we were told would be available with the upgrade to a level suite. The water park was nice and access to the beach was convenient. The service could have been better
