We had a great stay at the Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam. My friends and I enjoyed our rooms; they were very clean, and the staff were very helpful. We also enjoyed our massage on the seventh floor. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, lots of choices. Location was very convenient for all of us. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I would love to go back.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and overall the experience has been satisfactory. The location is convenient, although the surrounding roadside area currently has quite a lot of construction, which may cause some noise. The hotel offers reasonable value for money, but it would be even more attractive if more promotional rates or discounts were available. With better pricing, I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

hotel has a good location right in the center of pratunam in front of platinum fashion mall. rooms are big & very spacious, excellent service from hotel staff, breakfast buffet is great with wide selections .

Service (Pros): I'm a female solo traveller, so safety and convenience are important to me. The staff were amazing, they were informative and gave clear details about the hotel. The hotel doorman was also very helpful and gave a quick introduction about the hotel room. The hotel room is clean and spacious, the toilet was bright and good, lots of storage space. There is also a service drop-off to the airport at the same price as what I can get on another online platform. Only 500 baht fixed price. The driver will be at the lift lobby waiting. I'm thankful for getting a female driver, too. Location is convenient too, I can shop, then walk back to drop my stuff at the hotel and continue my shopping. Cons: Very difficult for the Grab driver to locate the entrance; the entrance is literally a door to the lift building. The driver had to drop me off at the street (super jam-packed at peak hour). Best to get a designated driver through the hotel reception.

My first time in Thailand became more memorable because of Vela Dhi Glow Hotel. The location is excellent! It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, and families. Everything you need is nearby: shops, street food, Starbucks, McDonald’s, restaurants, and Platinum Mall just across the street. Food and shopping are available even late at night. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy linens, great water pressure, toiletries, coffee, and four water bottles daily. Breakfast is highly recommended, with delicious choices, fresh fruits, and refreshing juices. Overall, Vela Dhi Glow Hotel is an excellent choice, especially for first-time travelers to Thailand. The location, comfort, cleanliness, food options, and value for money all make it a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book here again on my next visit to Thailand.
