An old 5 star experience not terrible by any means but probably get more value and bang for buck in BangKok elsewhere. location is quite central and easy to GrabScooter everywhere. would say that the facilities are limited and outdated, the in pool bar was non functional. overall closer to a maybe four star hotel but staff were excellent.

The staff are very accommodating and attentive. They clean the room daily and make sure everything is well maintained. The breakfast is palatable, with a good selection of food. The room is also spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for families. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

for the price we paid for the 5D4N stay, it was worth it. the buffet breakfast had so much variety, the room was comfortable. we just had this experience of lost items inside the room, small personal items which one would rather dismiss as not substantial. but it makes you think if this happened to others also. lesson is to keep valuable items safe and locked inside your travel bags when you allow for cleaners/ housekeeping to access your room while you're out.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. What we loved most was the very convenient location. It was easily accessible to the shopping district, local markets, and plenty of great places to enjoy authentic local food. Everything we needed was just within easy reach, making it a perfect choice for both sightseeing and exploring the local area. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location!

Location is perfect. Very accessible. Facilities are great and well-maintained. The elevators ran fast too. Room was clean. Strong water pressure. Staff were very nice (shoutout to front desk attendant Cartoon!). They really took note of my birthday and sent me a cake, even tho we will have already checked out from their property 2 days from my actual birthday. That was heartwarming. 🥹 The only thing I can comment negatively on is that the bathroom had no power socket/s, which is very unusual. There was also no central switch for the lights in the room, and so it was annoying to switch off every single one when you wanted to sleep. The switch assignments for the lights were also quite unusual.
