room is snall but clean and has everything you need. plenty of options for food. The hotel itself has cafe which provide breakfast. There are 2 more APA hotels which is nearer to subway station.

This APA hotel is clean & comfortable though is quite a small room, but I find it very cosy. Like the location just above Bakurocho station, so easy to take the train or metro to explore Tokyo.

No complaints whatsoever about the amenities, facilities, and customer service. Everything in the hotel was working and felt brand new: big TV, toilet, hot and cold water, heater, lots of outlets, all lights. Cleaning is done every 3 days, but amenities are replenished and towels are replaced daily. Location was in a quiet neighborhood with fewer options unlike touristy Akihabara or Shinjuku or Shibuya or Ueno. But if you want Tokyo Station to be your hub, this is a relatively affodable option, just 2 stations away, although the JR Station, Bakurocho, is quiet old especially at the track level. There are several connections to other lines within the same station or in other stations nearby. It deserves its 3 star rating.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. It's also close to the JR station. The only thing I didn't like was that they cleaned my room even though I didn't put a room cleaning request on the door. It made me anxious because I had my stuff all over the place. I know they wouldn't take anything, but they should still ask permission or let the customer decide.
