No one came to get out trash, we stayed for 4 days. They had construction upstairs from 10am till 6! Grinding on the floor, they would not let us change rooms.
Charge you a lot for parking.

GoodStayed with family
I checked in on Friday and there were no room keys the entire visit. I was met with additional wait time with every arrival. There were no answers on an estimated solution. Very inconvenient. Most of the staff was friendly, however others were abrupt and less friendly.
The saving grace was the newly renovated room.

I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my recent three-day stay at your property. Our experience was nothing short of a disaster due to severe operational failures and undisclosed construction.
No Room Access: Upon arrival, we were informed that due to ongoing construction, no room keys were available. For our entire three-day stay, we had to wait for a staff member to manually unlock our door every single time we wanted to enter our room. This was an unacceptable breach of basic hospitality and security.
Broken EV Charging Stations: Prior to arrival, management confirmed that there were three working charging stations on-site. However, they failed to mention that the stations were completely broken. We left our vehicle plugged in for three hours only to find it hadn't charged at all, disrupting our travel plans.
Disruptive Renovation Noise: The hotel was undergoing heavy renovations during our stay. The noise was unbearable, with non-stop pounding and drilling directly above our room throughout the day.
We were completely blindsided by these conditions. Had we been notified of the lack of keys or the heavy construction beforehand, we would have booked elsewhere. Given the severe lack of basic amenities and peace, I am requesting a [partial/full] refund for our stay. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

The door keys were not working in any of the rooms so we had to have someone let us in initially. We had 5 people in the room so we did not need assistance after that.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful and kind. Would have appreciated a little more options for breakfast, and daily room service with beds made would have been nice. Apparently they do it every 2 days

Biggest issue is barely an issue. The AC wasn’t working in the workout room. But we were told the property next door would let us use theirs.
Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working.
But it was nice to have the kitchen and sitting area to relax after a warm morning at camp for our son.

FantasticStayed with kids
Loved my stay, the girls at the front were so sweet and helpful! They have a shuttle to the strip but it ONLY goes to the ARIA. Pick up is at the Buddah! Our driver was really nice! One of the guy at the front (moreno) was a little rude.

FantasticStayed with kids
Overall for a quick one night stay, the place was well maintained and looked great. It was very clean. Breakfast was great. Only negative would be that parking is not free but I understand given the proximity to the strip. If we go back, we would definitely stay there!

Good We usually stay at this hotel 2x a year when we come to Las Vegas but this time was a little disappointing. I will start with the positives. The gentleman at the Front desk, Ridell was amazing, He was welcoming, very friendly, professional and had excellent customer service. The room was clean, breakfast food was good.
The Negatives about our stay was, the dumpsters full of old mattresses & trash right outside of the front hotel lobby entrance the entire time of our stay and it smelled. The driveway area to the entrance of the lobby was blocked off. We went to the breakfast area downstairs at approximately 8:58 a.m. the potatoes were gone and I asked the lady in the kitchen area named Maria if there would be any more coming out, she stated "yes in 10 minutes", I thanked her and waited. After waiting and serving myself potatoes I went to the ketchup bottles which were empty. Due to the language barrier I spoke to Maria Spanish for her to understand me better and asked her if there was any more ketchup. Her answer was "I will get some but I can't be in two places at one time" this was rude but I proceeded to apologize because I understood she was busy but that's not a good response for customer service. The other issue I had was the parking. I had to pay for parking each time I left the parking structure and didn't find out I needed to have a pass for the day before I left. Therefore I paid close to $100 in parking for
