Plan to book there again for sure! So much higher quality than what we as a family of four (booked 2 rooms which the hotel accommodated placing both rooms next to each other as requested) expected….clean, safe, room was not as small as expected, more modern and classy than expected, great accommodations and awesome complimentary toiletries always fully stocked, had a washer on the same floor, staff were all so friendly and helpful, location was perfectly situated with a small shopping center closeby, restaurants all around open til very late, 7-Eleven, Family Mart and other stores around the corner, Burger King, McD and cafes also so close, and most importantly…two Sugamo subway station points were just a hop away, which was a super super plus plus!!

I like that it is close to a subway station, McDonald's, and convenience store (within walking distance). Staff are also friendly and helpful.

Great location. It's near Sugamo station, 2 supermarkets and Sugamo Jizo-dori Shopping Street. TV in the room offers different entertainment and rich information about the hotel guide and shops nearby. However, the room is small (this was as expected when I booked this hotel) and I preferred the check-in performed by the hotel staff more than self-check-in.

daily cleaning and replenishing of toiletries and coffee/tea. also i love how it has a free onsen bath inside the hotel. very friendly staff, easy checkin, free bagdrop while waiting for check in or checkout. also worth the price!!!
