One off the cleanest most well maintained establishments we have stayed in and we have stayed in a great number of places. The staff was top notch helpful and very professional 👍👍👍

I was traveling with my daughter on a college visit and the hotel was perfectly located, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed for a short one night stay. Perfectly no-frills. I would definitely stay there again.

Location to the Duke Hospital is great. Hotel is extremely clean. Staff aren't that friendly, not helpful. Charge extra for parking if you don't book directly with them. Limited to 1 vehicle per room. Parking lot is a very tight space to get in. Limited toiletries are supplied.

Solo stay

Great short stay there. I got in late and the front desk agent, Sherise, checked me in quickly. She also gave me a great late dinner recommendation. The property was quiet and I felt safe.

The staff was amazingly kind and extremely helpful, all were a blessing. The bed was not comfortable, at all. We give everything else above 5 stars!

Great

Stayed with family · For friends and family

This was a great place for my family and I to stay in on short notice with a family member at the hospital, which is in walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were very nice, the air-conditioning was fine. However, you do have to pay $10 a day for parking. Everything about this day was wonderful, especially for the price, with the exception of the comfortability of the beds. Now I’m aware this is subject to preference, but some people like more firm beds and some people like more soft beds and for me I’m somewhere in the middle probably closer to the softer bedside and so for me these beds were very firm and so therefore I could not sleep very well on them. With that being said, though I was able to rest and sleep in the reclining chair, which was very cushy and comfortable, and the rooms are very spacious surprisingly. I liked the little kitchen net area. I do wish that dishes would’ve come with it as I’ve seen other hotels that have that kitchenette section. Overall, though it was a great experience and I only would suggest offering at least a continental breakfast. But our guests may be if people are there specifically to see someone in the hospital. There’s plenty options in the hospital too. So would I stay here again sure and this wasn’t my first time here so I’ve been here before. Also the hallways were very quiet and our room is on the third floor. I do like that.

Place is clean.Parking costs additional $10 per day.Air conditioning unit very loud, place has small kitchen appliances, towels and bedsheets are ok.Pull out sleep sofa has original mattress with wholes in it,please do not count on sleeping on it!I made a complain about it and was told by the front desk that they are not intent to be comfortable and no one had complained about it before.Luckily,I booked though Expedia and they took care of my refund.

Fantastic

Solo stay

The only issue for the whole trip was the slamming doors echoing through the hallway. Not sure if there is a way to soften the sounds when someone closes their door. Otherwise it was a great place to relax and recharge a bit from my visit at Duke

For some reason, the lobbies smelled like someone had been smoking hot period we were on the 4th floor and a dog was barking. There was a smelly bag of food and the parking garage. We were not in our room for most of the time- the bed was comfortable. The ac was a bit noisy.
