Fantastic

We had everything we needed. We also liked having a secure parking space for our car. We saw everything we wanted to see. It was a great mini vacation!

Requested early check-in, we understood it was guaranteed. We needed up arriving 30 min prior to our regular check in and the room was not ready. The clerk at the desk said he would CALL once the room was ready. We waited around the lobby for the front desk to call. Crickets. Around 4:05 I walk up to the desk and ask for an ETA and the clerk goes “oh it’s ready!”. If it was ready why wasn’t I called or waved over to come check in? I was in the lobby! The room overall was okay. The floor had some spots, over all clean. When I arrived back from my event I showered and laid on the bed. There were hairs on the bed that didn’t match mine. Then I went to pull the covers off, there appeared to be blood, paint or lipstick on the sheets (I don’t know what it was, but it was red). Small spot, but still, For the price of our stay, I excepted a bit more. I’ve stayed at the residence inn in Newport Rhode Island and it was 1000 times better.

Six of us in our family stayed here (two queens & a pullout couch- borderline for 13yr old twins) and we enjoyed our stay!! The room and the breakfast were nice, and the location was great- walkable to the natl mall, Capitol, Smithsonian, Washington monument, Museum of the Bible. Parking was expensive ($60/night) but I suppose that’s to be expected for this prime location.

Family of 4 with 2 young children. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Our room was very clean. The sofa bed could use a mattress topper but over all we were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was perfect and had a large variety to choose from as well as a juice and coffee station. This hotel was in perfect proximity for easy access to the Metro and less than 15 walk to different museums and shops. We will be staying here again in the future.

Everything good except car parking. It would be better if hotel provides valet parking as I was not able to park due to bigger spots were used by other small cars.

We really entire stay in Residence Inn. Rooms are really spacious. In fact u have separate living room with its own tv and bedroom with its TV. Kitchen has all utensils u need to have nice dinner. This is nicely located close to Capital Hill and all museums. Everything in walking distance. Breakfast is amazing. Don’t miss it. It nicely sets u up for long walks in Museums. You don’t need car to visit National mall. If u bring car.. be prepared to pay around 70$ for daily parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and staff is very friendly. A nice convenience store to quickly get any thing you need..

Great

The Residence Inn National Mall was a pretty good hotel. For the price I expected a little more. The hotel was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. Our 2 bedroom suite fulfilled our needs nicely. It was a bit further walk than I thought, but it was a good location for visiting the Smithsonians and the Wharf. The breakfast area was a zoo. Sadly they only had waffles on the weekend. Our room needed some repairs. One thing was taken care of when I reported it. There was not an evening social as advertised on hotels.com. The gym was very good. The indoor pool was heavily chlorinated, and the room was extremely hot. Overall it was a good stay.
