Terrible service in my pov. I paid for a better view than I feel I received. The vanity light didn’t work. I called twice to fix and by the end of the trip still broken. But the worst was I was given a late check out and when we went to breakfast and came back our room keys didn’t work. We called multiple times each time we were told someone was coming up. But that never happened. My husband went down once to get a key. It didn’t work. On the second time it did. Our driver to take us to the airport had to wait a while because our luggage was in the room. The staff acted like they could care less. So stressful!

Enjoyed everything about this hotel! It was in a very convenient location, felt safe and trustworthy, and had everything we needed. One of my favorite things was that the OXXO convenience store is literally right in the garage area, along with a money exchange, which made grabbing snacks, drinks, or exchanging cash incredibly easy. I would definitely stay here again!

My family loved Sheraton Maria Isabel Reforma! From the moment we checked in the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Susie, the lady that cleaned our room was sweet and such a hard worker. We loved coming back exhausted from exploring to a clean room. We had a view of the "Angel de Independencia" and it was such a treat to see her every day. This Sheraton is very close to everything Chapultepec has to offer as well as "El museo de antropologia." It was a 5 min Uber ride or a 20 min walk. We did both walking and Ubering, depending on how tired we were. We got to walk on la Reforma on Sunday since it closes to cars. Overall, we loved staying here. I would stay here again and will recommend it to everyone who visits CDMX.
