beautiful hotel in a great location. we booked two rooms in the older style suites but were upgraded to the renovated room for one of them. it was much nicer we decided to change the other room to the newer style too. weirdly we’ve stayed in about 12 hotels so far and only 5 fridges worked. highly recommend this hotel.

Ask to stay at the newer renovated floors/rooms. The dated/old ones are still passable 4 out of 5 but why not ask for the newer floors/rooms. Nonetheless, rooms are all good sized, professional staff and good gym. Location-wise, very accessible to Metro and easy to get Didi. Backdoor access to Nanjing Road which opens to a lot of convenience stores, food options and shopping! Walk to the Bund and back! Whether old or new rooms, staff do maintain them quite clean. Easy to get food and taobao deliveries too.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Conveniently located at the busy nanjing road street and near People's Square subway station. Shopping and food are within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel room (twins) is quiet and spacious for 2 person stay. Breakfast buffet at level 2 was pretty good with quite a variety of local and western food. Although the room wifi is pretty slow, it is still well recommended for the location and service.

best location ever! right along nanjing road, beside a mall, and a train station. in front of the hotel is a food hall so finding a restaurant to have breakfast was convenient. room exceeded my expectations cos it was a value much better than how much we actually got it for.
