Excellent Hotel. Located close to many of the main sites in Madrid. Only negative was finding the parking garage. Drove past it initially when we arrived b/c it is not very well marked and traffic near and around the hotel is insanely congested. We were stuck in a turning lane, had to turn right and it took over an hour to work our way back to the parking garage.

Beautiful new hotel, outstanding staff. The breakfast buffet offered many options , you could also order off of a menu - omelette etc. the front desk staff & door staff were very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located.

Gorgeous property and excellent service. The bed was extremely firm and every small movement is felt by your partner. Also annoying are the lights from electronic devices. The thermostat panel is extremely bright and the lights from the data services blink rapidly and brightly.
