Below average
No hot water 2 days maintanence came by nothing change. If they give room 208 refuse it there is strange engine sound 24/7 form bathroom to bedroom impossible to sleep

Es un Hotel muy cómodo, el personal muy amable y en todo momento esta al pendiente de lo que necesitamos los huéspedes. Por ejemplo, mi esposa quiso calentar agua para té y llevaron una tetera eléctrica sin costo adicional.

The staff was really friendly and considerate during our trip. The location is great for access to bars, restaurants, and the train. The room was very comfortable. We also got a fantastic discount on parking.

Stayed with kids

The location was a 10/10. So many cute restaurants/coffee shops along cobble stone streets. Steps away from the water, and Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel was adorable and the staff was wonderful. We can’t wait to go back!
