The team across the board was very professional. The rooms were clean and the bar was beautiful and well kept. The valet team was exceptional and my wife and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this stay/hotel. This is where we’ll stay anytime we’re in downtown ATL.

Solo stay

The Hotel location is good. The room service food was fare. Couldn't get into the restaurant, no I didn't make reservations didn't know what to expect. ( Paying, staying customers should always have a place to dine.) The room was decent, bed decent, I would have loved an official shower rug, the last day one appeared.(without asking) why was it missing all the other days? There should be a complete check off list before the cleaning people leave the room. Quiet, nice light blocking curtains. HATED the INTERNET, if you want internet you have to pay each day, fill out a form each day, quite annoying. The TV was also a little tricky. I will stay again.

I must say something about the wonderful Southern Gentleman - the Doorman - who is unbelievably kind and gallant! He was helpful with directions and making us feel right at home whenever we left or arrived at the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful place if only to interact with him - and I never caught his name! 8)
