Great hotel. Very well maintained. Buffet very good value and good selection, but other restaurants are a bit expensive. Not much by way of shops and restaurants near the hotel.

We are very pleased with JW Marriott Marquis Shanghai, room is spacious and clean, staff is friendly, helpful and professional! Particularly appreciated it's guest relations Elieen to coordinate our stay!! We had an amazing river view and it's location is on point, definitely recommend and hopefully have the chance to come back again!
