Nice hotel in the lively Pigalle area, close to the sights, bars nd restaurants of Monmatre. Staff very polite and helpful. Small lift though might not suit evryone.

Stayed with family

Great hotel with prime location to getting to the Metro and tons of great eateries. If you’re a foodie you will love this area. There is a great shop right next door that has fresh croissants and baguettes everyday since 1912. Lively vibe both inside and around the streets. We walked everywhere and took in all the sights and some very cool places. The staff super friendly and helpful with just about everything. A gentleman named Swan super cool. Hotel room was spacious with a nice balcony. A/C was adequate. Freshly made room everyday and at night they turn the lights on for you and check that it’s all like being home. We plan on returning and this place is were we will book again.

Views were amazing. Luggage was very difficult to bring up to the 6th floor - no assistance was offered (which seems strange for a hotel of its purported calibre). The views from the Sous Les Toits 1 room are stunning! Direct view of Sacre Cœur, Les Invalide, and the surrounding neighbourhoods. The room was absolutely freezing (and remained so despite our ask for assistance). They did not come to the room and claimed it could be addressed by them remotely (and was not). So cold I slept in my robe. Not a pleasant way to end the trip. Shame for such a beautiful property. Staff are friendly but not terribly helpful, and for comparable price point properties in Paris, the service is much more actively helpful and on point.
