Amazing amazing amazing! the staff was amazing and very respectful and helpful. they let me upgrade my room at 50% off I stayed in a executive suite and the view was spectacular and the room was even nicer. recommend 10/10

The staff were exceptional. The place is beautiful. Food was pretty good. Matre d went above and beyond. Only complaints is that they wouldn't let my daughter use the pool because she isn't 16 and the outdoor pool was closed even though it was in the 80s f. We went there at the end of our 2 week trip to relax and swim and weren't able to swim. Big bummer.

I loved this location, hotel was great, the view from the rooms is absolutely stunning especially at night a MUST stay, Odaiba is so underrated, this was our first hotel out of 5 and I wish I stayed abit longer

This hotel is a favourite for our young family in Tokyo, and we stay here very often. it is located in Odaiba, just outside of the centre of Tokyo. it has its own train station within 50m of the front lobby, which can connect you to the tokyo loop line 'Yamanote' within 18mins. it has all the amentities you can expect within walking distance. 3 shopping malls, various attractions, and amusement centres. alot of food options both western, japanese and inbetween. it replaces the claustrophobic feel of central tokyo with wide open boulevards and open parkes, all elevated away from major roads. (young kids can be let off the leash). you can appreciate the city skyline of tokyo in the morning and night. the hotel is true 4 star with all modern amenities, all the rooms are larger than the japan standard, from 32, 42, and 53m2. at an affordable price in comparison to hotels located in central tokyo. limousine bus direct from Haneda (20min) or Narita Airport (60min). its really a hidden gem.
