The staff are accommodating and courteous. The rooms are excellent for the price. I tried the breakfast twice — it was decent, though not quite worth the PHP250. The location is perfect, being close to supermarkets, restaurants, and destination malls.

This is our favorite hotel in Makati. The location is very good. Close to supermarket, there are 24 hours fast food and convenience store. A few kilometers away from Ayala Malls Circuit. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Staff was actually courteous but when i checked in there was only one receptionist assigned and there was this whole bunch of students who checked out all at the same time and I had to wait so long before the receptionist could attend to my needs. The checkout was long because these kids misplaced their towels and mugs in the pool area and other rooms. I think they were an entire section so I even had no place to sit in the lobby. Pool was also dirty.
