A budget hotel located just north of the Makati Central Business District. Upon entering, you’ll immediately smell a wet wood-like odor. The room was quite big; although some facilities were evidently a bit old and worn out, it was decent and okay for a short stay. Their elevator buttons were a bit challenging to use. We tried samgyupsal at their rooftop restaurant, but there was nothing special about it—you can get a better spread and wider options for the price at other samgyupsal restaurants. The lettuce looked a bit old, but that was understandable on our end. The receptionists were kind, helpful, and friendly, and even the guy from the restaurant was helpful. The doorman/security personnel was a bit stiff and didn't offer any assistance. It was my first stay in Ramadan and I must say, I am very impressed with the hotel. It's minimalist yet complete. All the facilities and amenities are complete. First off, with the room, all of the beds are wide and neat, and the room is kept tidy. Also, the restroom and all of the amenities in the room are modern. So, my colleagues and I really had a comfortable stay in the hotel. Now, let's talk about the breakfast. The breakfast is really good. It's not a buffet; the food is served plated. However, the serving is really huge and it will be enough for the person who's taking it. So, we will definitely go back.

The facility is very modern, and I really appreciate that the staff are very considerate of our requests. We had a special arrangement with them, and they accommodated us without making it difficult. The beds are wide, the food is good, and the breakfast served is really good. I will definitely come back.

Everything is perfect! We booked 2 queen beds for four persons and it's spacious. The lightings are hi-tech.

I think they should think about letting people bring their own food to The Skydeck, even just for guests. The menu doesn't really offer a lot of variety, and it mostly focuses on Chinese dishes. In addition they have a very slow internet connection. Anway, they have polite staff . The hotel is 7/10 .

Ramada is now our family’s go-to hotel in Manila.
