The room was comfortable, but the air-conditioned doesn't work well so it feels warm. There were a little mold in The bathroom. Nobody help us to take our luggage upstairs or when we left. The swimming pool need more clorox, there was full of bugs. and even when I told the staff and I repeated ask the same about the swimming pool with bugs the person repeated said it's because the wind and the trees. In the 3erd. Floor there are no trees to start in the 3er. Floor ,second a lot of bugs 🐛 on the pool is because is not cleaned or maintenance with clorox, and is not safe for kids. Good location. Good beds. And room. Some improve .

The location is very convenient for getting to various places. It would also be a good idea to have a space near the front desk to offer coffee—specifically, higher-quality coffee. The pool area needs to feel a bit more inviting. The bathrooms: meticulous, detailed maintenance.

La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, muy accesible y cerca de restaurantes y el centro. El staff fue muy amable y servicial, entendiendo que hacen su trabajo con lo que tienen. Mi habitación (108) estaba justo enfrente de la puerta de servicio y por ende fue muy ruidosa, en las mañanas te despertaba el staff de limpieza con el ruido de los radios, sus propios celulares, y ellos mismos platicando. Bajo el entendido que vas de vacaciones y a descansar, creo que no son considerados. La limpieza de la habitación muy deplorable, telarañas

Comfortable bed, nice rain shower with plenty of hot water. Relatively quiet for being in a busy area. I would not go to the restaurant attached even though it is not associated with the hotel. Parking just behind the hotel with covered spaces was well lit at night.

Realmente me encantó! Lo recomiendo el hotel es muy bonito, está súper ubicado, y el personal muy amable.

Cuartos muy feos

We truly enjoyed the series we received and the room was always well taken care of. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. I don’t remember the names of the staff, however, there was two young men that were always very accommodating. There was a young lady in the evening that didn’t seem very helpful as her colleagues. Thank you

Everything was great in a fabulous location

Rooms were clean and all good staff interactions. Great location and free parking also nice.

Our stay was good. What I did not appreciate was that they were painting at the time the tourist of us were there.
