The bed was was so hard I couldn’t believe how stiff it was I think a futon would’ve been better. Out of all the hotels I have been to this is the only one that doesn’t hold on to your luggage as complementary you have to use a storage locker so I waited to check in. The hot spring was nice and is next to a plaza with some really good eats.

Clean room, spacious and good facilities in Onsen area. We enjoy our stay in this hotel. However, we stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, we could hear some noise from traffic and we could smell foods in our room during morning breakfast time.

An excellent, new hotel in a somewhat inconvenient location. 20mins walk to Seibu Chichibu Station and not much around the hotel. However it’s only about 10-15 mins to the shrine and old street. The hotel onsen was very good.
