The staff at this hotel was top notch, rooms were very clean, housekeeping does a wonderful job. The front desk staff is very helpful and maje check in easy. The room is cozy however the price and location makes up for this, after all you come to the city to be out and about. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and room was clean and modern. The neighborhood is not nice and has transient folks but that isn’t the hotels fault. It’s very close to little Italy. We only stayed one night as we had a cx flight. It’s a nice place for the cost for NYC.

Going to the hotel at night was a little scary. Maybe if there is a better intro it won't look like a "should I go in or not". My friends were worried and sat will you be alright ...Put flowers outside or something. neon lit DAYS IN sign. Put something on the wall of reception. Looked like a prison with the guy glassed in there ... I prayed went on to my room. Woke and saw woman there and felt a more safe. room for breakfast nice and clean as my room.
