駅からホテルへ利用したタクシーに忘れ物をしましたが、フロントの方に適切に対応でタクシー会社に連絡を取って頂き、無事手元に戻って来ました。 一点だけ改善を依頼したいのは夕食時間の受付などの手続き開始が13時30分からですが、駅からの送迎バスが14時00分からとなっている事です。手続き開始時間を繰り下げるのは難しいと思うので、送迎バスの時間13時00分を追加頂けると助かります。

いつでも一息つけるラウンジや船が見えるオーシャンビューの客室もとても良かった。 夕飯を外で食べて、満腹で夜鳴きそばが食べられなかった。 次回は評判の良い夕飯もホテルで食べて、夜鳴きそばも食べたい！

ハードもよく考えられているが、それ以上にホテルのコンセプトが一貫してユーザの快適さにあることが、ソフト面（接遇、食事や風呂などの運用）から伝わってきます。 三十年前から親しんでいた京急ホテル時代の良さを残してくださったいるフロントやレストランも、とてもうれしいです。

Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day.

The spas were fabulous and the staff were very friendly. Stunning views with even more within a short walk. It’s a little remote but I think that is what most people are looking for
