The room was comfortable but a bit squeezy for 2 adults and 2 children. As bed is a bit small. Breakfast was good for its price.

Such a great location not only for Shimbashi but all of Tokyo. Was so easy to get to train station and restaurants near by. Staff were lovely and attended my every need. Would stay again.

This is one of the best hotel! it is conveniently located near the shimbashi train station and very connected to various travel options. it is a at most 15 mins walk to Ginza area! There is a Don ki just 9 mins away! Tonnes of food option and otooya is just near hotel. Jr station is one stop away… I have no complains. the room is very clear… most of the guest are rather quiet except for my first 2 days there… the staff speak very good English and are really very helpful. This is third time I staying at this chain and twice at the shimbashi hotel. Highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing! it is very near to Ginza… u can literally walk about 15mins+ to reach Ginza! so convenient to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku! the staff are very very friendly! one of the best I have encountered since I go Japan so often! there are tonnes of 7-11, Lawson around and there is family mart a stone throw away… I am going back again in March!
