great hotel, location and amenities but their transport to airport is for limited hours and does not help for early AM flights, especially when the trains are not running.

We aded a second night at this hotel since it really exceeded my expectations! It was clean, comfortable, modern, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. Loved the fish and Indian dishes.

We had adjoining rooms, one with a shower and one with a bath & shower. The hotel is fantastic and a great way to end our trip before an early flight. Comfortable beds, nice sized rooms, great functional and ambient lighting, great shower head. The hotel bar was nice, good cocktails and meals. The hotel is new and beautifully presented. the staff were all great and the shuttle service to the hotel included and very convenient. Getting to the hotel from Tokyo was easy with a short walk from a nearby train station. Highly recommended and great value for money.
