First time staying at this property and I can say I'll be back. Whole experience here was just great. We've stayed in a couple basic hotels during our first trip to Japan that were pretty small , just enough space to sleep, bathe, and have your luggage out. Found Oakwood while searching for a last minute hotel via klook after cancelling an Osaka trip. Checking in was a breeze, the staff spoke English and they spoke it very well. Staff was very courteous and respectful. Room was definitely bigger than a standard Japanese hotel. Since it was a suite, there was quite a bit of space and even a kitchen. Space was clean as a whistle and its location was unbeatable, mere steps from Tokyo Station's Yaesu North entrance/exit. Overall experience here was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this location and we'll definitely be back when return to Tokyo.
