Location is very near Daimon Station, and the twin beds are very comfortable. The room is clean, and the staff speak good English. However, they may not be able to help if you need them to make a phone call on your behalf.

Amazing hotel with many great amenities provided. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was also good and within walking distance to the train station.

Great location that near to Daimon station (5mins walking distance). room space is just enough to fit two 28inch luggage. For us is consider good enough and the bed size is more than enough for us as well. Toilet a little small

OK as far as Tokyo hotel room sizes go this is small but enough room to move. Shower over bath makes climbing over edge difficult if physically challenged. Limited English spoken by reception but used phone to translate. Great access from both airports on public transport and ease of access to Tokyo Tower and Team Labs Borderless were pluses for us. Air-conditioning in your room however found fan drying and difficult to adjust speed.
