Fantastic We had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again when in Madrid. Impeccably clean. Very nicely decorated. We had two stays here and both rooms had little balconies. The front desk staff was very warm and helpful. The air conditioning could have been a bit cooler but that was only a minor concern and the temperature was acceptable. I had an issue with the physical door handle on the room and maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes to fix it. The location is good. It's not a super busy area but has easy access to everything we wanted to see.

Great property on a really lovely part of the city. Near metro station and could be easily walk to tourist parts if you don’t mind walking around 15-20 minutes. Staff were professional and assisted with requests and queries. Breakfast was decent and plentiful. Loved the complimentary water, drinks and treats in the room around the hotel. A beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beds were very comfy and the fact that it has AC (very quiet one) made a big difference. Loved this place, close to train stations and dining options.
