I usually stay at this hotel because the location is very convenient. In my previous review, I mentioned that the TV in the room didn’t have cable or smart features. I’m happy to see that this has been improved, my room now has a smart TV, which made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you for the upgrade! I do hope the breakfast menu can offer more variety in the future, especially with more non-pork options. Overall, a pleasant stay as always. 😊👍🏻

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Summit Hotel Gensan. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel truly welcomed. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful sleep.
