It was a little bit away from the main Gotemba town, but provided a very peaceful and serene environment. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The onsen was top notch. It was raining and foggy through our entire time there so we couldn’t see Mt.Fuji - but can’t blame the hotel for that.

professional ran property. my wife and two kids stayed in the private Onsen suite and really enjoyed our stay. The garden/pond was nice to take a walk in with the kids in the morning. the property is well maintained and the room was immaculate with cleaning detail. we als visited the public onsen and the kids loved it. especially the cold bath. we will stay next time we are in the area for sure. This is a resort. we also enjoyed a rotating sushi spot nearby. cleanliness: top notch

good hotel with good compliment even they are preparing dinner and coffe for free but free dinner is not suitable for moslem which is also their guest but overall is good

Location is very near to the bus station. Easy access, room is comfortable & good view of mount Fuji

The staff were incredibly polite and professional. Check-in was swift and for the check-out, just leave the hotel before 10:00am. The complimentary breakfast was varied and surprisingly good, offering a mix of Japanese and Western options. It was a great way to start the day without needing to find a separate restaurant. The fresh bread rolls were excellent. The free amenities were also a plus. My request for a high floor & with the view of Mt. Fuji was accomodated. Sad thing though, was that on out first morning, it was very cloudy and there's no view of Mt. Fuji. But on our final day, it was very clear and can see the majestic beauty of the Mt. Fuji. The only setback was the location, about 15 min. walking distance from Gotemba station. There's a local bus service but has only 1 trip per day that charges a flat fare of 180yen. From the hotel to Gotemba station at 9:43am. But it is a good jump-off point between Fuji Kawaguchiko & Hakone.
