Best deal around Susukino. The room is small but clean like typical japan mid hotels. Train station is few steps away as well as the shopping street.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel though kinda old, is strategically located across Daimaru. Very close to the clock tower and the TV Station. Sapporo JR Station is accessible via the hotel’s elevators located at B1 which is connected to the underground city. The one thing we really appreciated was the tub. After a whole day of walking around the area or tour, you can destress in the hot tub. A number of Aromatherapy are readily available at the 7th floor together with all the amenities you may need like toothbrush, comb, razor, owoshu or those individually packed mouthwash, etc. Another thing we appreciate was the availability of ice cubes and drinking water machine. Hotel staff has been most helpful and even went an extra mile to help us contact the Airport bus as we left our water container. After a few hours, it was delivered and returned to us.

I love it! I love everything about this hotel! We came for our honeymoon trip. It's strategically located near the Odori station and various sightseeing places. The breakfast was so nice! Very simple (eggs, rice, sausages, fish) The staff were so friendly and helpful. We checked out at 11am on our last day but decided to go visit some places. They kept our luggages safe till we came back to collect it. Overall was an amazing stay. Thank you for your services!

We stayed in their larger premium stay room and loved the LG styler and washer machine. Ms. Mata at the front desk assisted us with shipping/forwarding 3 of our luggages to our next stay and was very professional and courteous. Thank you for your help!

Really loved this hotel! Incredible view of Nakajima Park especially when it snows! Staff were accomodating and courteous. Room was cozy and spacious. Hotel’s location is also great as it’s walking distance to major Sapporo City tourist spots.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Keio Plaza Hotel! 🏨✨
The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with beautiful view of botanical garden — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent every morning, offering a great variety of both Japanese and Western options — everything was fresh and delicious. 🍱
The hotel’s location was also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and transport, making it easy to get around. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌟
