Good trip and comfortable but first class not quite same as Japanese cabins. However clearing immigration at Kowloon was ok and took maybe an hour from arriving to entering waiting area. Train didn't offer much in terms of refreshment but there was a hot water tap so we made coffees and tea. Small snack pack issued once. Enjoyed experience but Shanghai station is huge and Didi impossible so had to take metered taxi which was ok but still lot of language barriers.
