  • Your device might be locked to a specific carrier. Please double-check from Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock. It should say "No SIM restrictions"**. If that's not the case, contact your original carrier to unlock the restrictions of your device.
  1. "Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change":
  • It might be because too many eSIMs are installed on the device. Please double-check if your device has reached the maximum eSIM capacity and try removing one of the unnecessary eSIMs.
  • Please make sure to turn on the cellular data of your device.
  • Please make sure that the eSIM has not been already installed on another device.
  • Please make sure you have a stable connection while you're installing the eSIM.
  1. "This code is no longer valid":
  • Please make sure that the eSIM has not been already installed on another device.
